At Krishiv RC’s, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure transparent and fair policies regarding shipping, replacements, and returns. Please read the entire policy carefully before placing your order.


Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver products swiftly and safely across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Order Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Custom or built-to-order drones may take 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery Time Estimates:

    • Within Maharashtra: 2–4 business days

    • Across other Indian states: 4–7 business days

  • Shipping Charges:
    Calculated during checkout based on product weight and delivery location.
    Free shipping may apply during promotional offers or above certain order values.

  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

  • Delays & Notifications:
    In rare cases of shipping delays due to courier issues or natural circumstances, our team will keep you informed promptly.


Replacement Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we are happy to assist you with a replacement under the following terms:

  • Complaint Window:
    A complaint ticket must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product. Late complaints will not be eligible.

  • When You’re Eligible for Replacement:

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Damage during shipping

    • Item mismatch or missing parts

  • Product Return Conditions:
    The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.
    Visual proof (photos/videos) of the issue must be submitted to our support team.

  • Customer-Caused Damage:
    If the drone is crashed, misused, or damaged due to user error, the customer will bear a service fee of ₹700 + 18% GST.
    If the issue is due to shipping or manufacturing, Krishiv RC’s will bear full replacement costs.

  • Note: Old or damaged parts replaced during service will not be returned to the customer.

  • Approval & Processing:
    All replacements are subject to verification and approval. We reserve the right to deny a request that does not meet policy conditions.

  • Refunds for Replacements:
    Once the replacement is approved it will be delivered within 5-10 days and in case of store credit it will be valid till 30 days from the date of issuance.


Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under strict guidelines only. Please read carefully to understand when a return is possible.

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Returns are only accepted if:

    • The product is out of stock/unavailable and cannot be replaced

    • A verified manufacturing defect is present

  • Return Window:
    Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact us with your order ID and the reason for return

    2. Submit photos/videos of the product issue

    3. Follow our team’s instructions for sending the product back

  • Refund Processing:
    Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    A ₹1000 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24-48hrs if they have not yet shipped.
    In such cases, 90% of the total amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

  • If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of up to 20% will be charged to cover shipping, packaging, and transaction costs.


General Exclusions

  • Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

    • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer

    • Products purchased under clearance or discount, unless defective

    • Drones that were damaged due to improper handling, crashes, or unauthorized modifications

    • Any claims made after the allowed complaint or return window
