Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
Returns & Replacements
- Returns or replacements are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue are required for verification.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Items purchased during special promotions, discounts, or clearance sales.
- Orders placed with incorrect address details provided by the customer.
